One Door Down is a property development and management company established by experienced entrepreneurs Erik ten Have and John Mulcahy in 2014 with the goal to set a new standard in multilet accommodation in the United Kingdom.

We have created a property portfolio in the North West of England consisting of Studios and Flats. The business model we use has been tested, optimized and standardized and now allows for repeatable business growth.

What We Do

We provide premium quality studios and flats in North West of England. Our tenants tend to be young professionals enjoying the luxurious fit out of our units. We are constantly looking to grow our portfolio and in doing so are always looking for investors looking for a secure return on their investment.

Director

John has 40-years carreer n property market. He started converting residential and commercial building into residential appartements in London. Teaming up with Erik Ten Have, they establised One Door Down Ltd

Director

Erik has been leading a range of companies in technology, internet and property in Indonesia. has been investing in the UK since 2014, his key strengths are strategic thinking, operational excellence and investor relations.

Paul Carey
Chief Financial Officer

Paul is an experince CFO and brings his extensive financial knowledge to One Door Down having held multiple CFO and CEO roles in a variety of sectors. After graduating n Maths and Physics from Durham Unversity, Paul joined KPMG to become a Chartered Accountant.

Rachel Swoboda
Property Manager

Our dedcated and very experienced property manager, working around the clock to keep our properties in tip top condition and a smile on the face of our customers. In this projecct Rachel will support the project admin and investor reporting.

How We Do It

Our Tenants Always Come First

In all that we do our tenants always come first. If you rent with us we strive to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible. This starts with the design of our buildings, the maintenance and cleaning and your personal property manager.

Personal Service

You are always dealing with us directly. You can contact your appointed property manager if there are questions or concerns. We do this so we can offer you a very personal service.

Work From Home Ready

We know how important it is that you can work from home. We therefor have fast wifi installed in all our properties and thoroughly clean any common areas regularly.

An Eye For The Environment

We do as much as we can to make our buildings energy efficient. We use solar power where possible to generate electricity, double or tripple glazing and insulation for walls and ceilings.
